Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Cosmetic products may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we have made an error with the order.
